Our Goal with the Project
The central goal of this project was to visually convey the expertise and reputation of Sixth Man Studios. To achieve this, it was essential to build an identity that could showcase the team’s confidence and know-how without suppressing the creative and experimental side of the services offered. The goal was to position the brand among the leading names in its field by representing the duality between stability and boldness, demonstrating solidity, creativity, and innovation.
Challenge Summary: The main challenge was to develop a mature and trustworthy identity, capable of resonating with a traditional industry while still maintaining the freshness and cutting-edge spirit expected from an organization attuned to the demands of new generations and cultural trends. How could we visually translate the balance between the robustness of an experienced team and the innovative energy at the heart of pop culture?
Insight and Strategy
The “sixth man” in basketball is the player on the bench who, although not in a starring role, is usually the first to enter the court and plays an important part in the game. This concept (which is also the name of the company) served as the guiding principle for developing a dynamic identity that represents strength, cohesion, and collective success. The logo’s symbol is a representation of the “sixth man,” conveying the stability and strength of the last piece standing.
Visual Identity
For the visual identity, colors were chosen to convey modernity, professionalism, and strength, with a vibrant shade of blue selected as the primary color to give the brand and its universe greater prominence and highlighting its openness to innovation. The graphic elements era direct derivations from the logo.
From this foundation, the project successfully translated the essence and purpose of Sixth Man Studios into a visual form: building bridges, strengthening connections, and providing solid support for the growth of brands in the pop culture realm, always with responsibility, creativity, and professionalism.
