Mode Creative is a multimedia production company that stands out for its young and irreverent personality, guided by mottos such as “Made to impact and always push further!” and “If it’s more, it’s Mode.
The brand was born from a sense of restlessness, a constant drive to grow, make noise, and push boundaries. With the goal of creating experiences that inspire its audience to dream, Mode emerges with a clear determination to make a lasting impact.
Our Goal with the Project
With an established presence and experience working with large clients, the brand delivers standout productions known for their innovation and impact. In this context, Mode partnered with Motora to shape its essence into a clear, consistent brand ready to scale.
Challenge summary: How to build a brand that resonates with corporate and high-end clients while maintaining a bold and provocative personality, breaking away from the market’s usual rigidity and seriousness? The challenge was to develop a positioning strategy that translates Mode Creative’s DNA into a strong, cohesive, and relevant brand presence.
Insight and Strategy
During the workshops and research, we identified that Mode’s main differentiator was its ability to challenge clients to move beyond the ordinary and go further than what they were used to, incorporating technology into their productions. The results were consistently surprising and highly memorable, generating buzz and making an impact in the entertainment market.
Based on this insight, we understood that our mission was to make this DNA clear to clients, so they would come to Mode with the right mindset, ready to experiment and take risks. In a deliberately unconventional way, we defined the brand’s core message with a provocative tone: If you are looking to do more of the same, Mode is not the right production company for you.
Verbal Identity
Mode’s voice is provocative, confident, and effortlessly cool. It speaks with total conviction, keeping it young, innovative, and high-energy. It’s all about staying close to the audience, dropping casual slang naturally, without overdoing it.
The tone is witty and humorous, but they always know where to draw the line; even when they’re apologizing or handling criticism, they stay sharp and relatable, never rude.
Visual Identity
The visual identity reinforces impact and irreverence by favoring bold typography and an intriguing “mirror effect” that dynamically multiplies imagery. This approach creates a sense of constant movement and stays true to the brand’s core mantras, where the goal is to impact, do more, and prove that “If it’s more, it’s Mode.”
A minimalist typographic logo combined with dynamic elements like triangles and the PLUS (+) symbol allows Mode Creative to express modernity. These choices capture attention and build a genuine connection with a young, forward-thinking audience.
